dried cannabis products
Prescription
You will need to get a prescription for medical marijuana from your healthcare practitioner. Print and bring this form to your healthcare practitioner, or they may use their own form. Your healthcare practitioner can then fax it to us at 1-888-422-4718.

After verifying all your information, we will send you approval email and you can order by contacting registrations@thcbiomed.com
Register to cultivate your
own marijuana
Prescription
You will need to get a prescription for medical marijuana from your Health Care practitioner. Print and bring this form to your Health Care practitioner.
Health Canada
Register with Health Canada, send them your medical document and receive a license to cultivate medical marijuana.
Register
Sign up and complete our registration form. You can email us your prescription or have your Health Care practitioner’s office fax it to us.

After verifying all your information, we will send you login credentials to shop online and purchase marijuana products and clones.
