THC Announces Option Grant

Vancouver, B.C. – (February 12, 2021) THC BioMed Intl Ltd. (“THC” or the “Company”) (CSE:THC) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 7,250,000 stock options to certain employees, consultants and contractors of the Company and 1,300,000 stock options to directors of the Company. The options will vest 25% on issuance, 25% four months from date of issuance and 25% at 8 and 12 months from the date of issuance and may be exercised at an exercise price of CAD 0.215 per common share, for a period of two years from the date of issuance or earlier in accordance with the Company’s incentive stock option plan.

Following the grant of stock options, the Company now has a total of 15,000,000 stock options representing approximately 9.18% of the outstanding common shares of the Company.
