THC BioMed Intl Ltd. (CSE:THC) (“THC BioMed” or the “Company”) has announced that it will hold an AGM on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.
 
In connection with its press release dated October 24, 2019, THC clarifies that it currently has 22 cannabis grow rooms and 13 cannabis processing rooms licensed by Health Canada. These rooms are in 14 of the Company’s 22 properties.
 
The Company made an additional application to Health Canada on October 25, 2019 for approval to use an additional lot for cannabis production. THC will make a further announcement when this application has been processed by Health Canada.
 
THC BioMed welcomes Roya Zarkob, its newest employee. Ms. Zarkob will work on marketing and certain investor relations activities for the Company. Ms. Zarkob is among the 35 additional employees that THC BioMed has added to its workforce this year, bringing its total staff to 50.
